For cosmetic surgeons, facial plastics & dermatology
Your surgical consults are booked. Your injectable patients are still browsing.
Most visitors on an aesthetic practice's website are researching tox and filler, not surgery, and they leave without calling. Smyly™ gives them a reason to raise their hand: a realistic AI preview of a non-surgical treatment on their own photo, in about 40 seconds, ending with a one-tap request for a consult with your team.
What Smyly™ is, and is not, for a surgical practice
Smyly™ previews injectables and skin treatments only. It does not simulate surgery, and it is not a replacement for the surgical imaging you use in the consult room. Think of it as the self-serve front door for your non-surgical service line: the patients your injectors see, reached before they ever call.

After
BeforeThe before is an AI-generated model photo, not a patient. The after is the unretouched simulation returned by the same Smyly™ engine that builds patient previews; only our watermark was added. Deep lines soften rather than vanish, because that is the honest result.
What patients can preview
8 non-surgical treatments, each labeled as an AI simulation with its honest limits stated on screen.
Lip Filler
See fuller, naturally shaped lips at three levels.
Wrinkle Relaxers
Soften forehead, frown and crow's feet lines.
Smile Line Softening
Soften the creases from your nose to the mouth corners.
Skin Rejuvenation
Even out tone and refresh your skin's texture.
Cheek Filler

Sharpen definition along your existing jawline.
Facial Slimming (Masseter)
A gently slimmer lower face at the jaw angles.
Where it fits in an aesthetic practice
On your website
The embed widget sits on your injectables pages, turning researchers into named inquiries instead of anonymous bounces.
In reception
A QR code in the waiting room lets a surgical patient discover your non-surgical menu while they wait, on their own phone.
In the consult
A patient reads out their 6-character code and your team pulls the preview up on screen as the starting point for a real plan.

The welcome kit
Your QR kit arrives printed, shipped and ready to put up.
Every Smyly™ subscription includes a welcome kit, printed with your logo and your own patient-page QR code and shipped to your practice: 128 pieces across six formats, covering the waiting room, the front desk, the window and the checkout counter. Nothing to design and nothing to print.
Placement is most of the result. A poster where patients sit and a card with every checkout is what the kit is built around, and until the box lands, your dashboard prints a poster the same day.
3 Posters
Waiting room, hallway and restroom, at seated eye level
25 Tri-fold brochures
The consult room and the front desk, for patients who want the full story
1 Tabletop display
Front desk or checkout counter, where patients stand and wait
1 Window cling
Street-facing glass, so the invitation starts at the door
50 QR cards
One with every checkout, one in every statement envelope
48 Stickers
One sheet of 48: folders, take-home bags and the restroom mirror
Need more? Press-ready files for extra posters, table tents, stickers and cards live in the Print Shop of your Marketing Hub, unlimited.
No new photo liability for your practice
Patient-taken, patient-owned
Photos are taken by the patient on the patient's own device. Your practice never receives or stores them through Smyly.
Nothing to secure or retain
Previews expire after 24 hours and the photo is deleted. No gallery, no archive, nothing added to your records burden.
Labeled honestly, always
Every preview is labeled as an AI simulation on screen, in the email, and burned into any saved image.
Questions surgical practices ask
We already use a surgical simulation platform. Why would we add Smyly?
Different job. Your surgical imaging runs inside the consult, on your hardware, operated by your team, for patients who already booked. Smyly works at the top of the funnel: a website visitor or reception patient previews a non-surgical treatment on their own phone in about 40 seconds, then asks to be contacted. It feeds consults; it does not plan procedures.
Does it simulate surgery?
No, and that is deliberate. Smyly previews injectables and skin treatments: lip filler, wrinkle relaxers, cheek, chin and jawline filler, smile line softening, skin rejuvenation and masseter slimming. Surgical outcomes depend on anatomy a photo cannot see, so we do not fake them. Every preview is labeled as an AI simulation with its limits stated on screen.
Who in the practice runs it?
Nobody has to. Patients create previews themselves, on their own phones, from your QR code, website widget or social bio. Your injectors and coordinators see the inquiries patients choose to send, and in the consult a patient can read out a 6-character code to pull their preview up on your screen.
Does this create patient records we have to manage?
No. Patients photograph themselves on their own devices, previews expire after 24 hours, and the photo is then deleted. Your practice never receives or stores the photo through Smyly, there is no gallery in the dashboard, and nothing lands in your chart unless you and the patient put it there.
Can it run under our practice brand?
Yes. Your page lives at your own smyly.ai link with your name, logo and brand color, plus a printed welcome kit shipped to your practice (3 posters, 25 tri-fold brochures, 1 tabletop display, 1 window cling, 50 QR cards and 48 stickers) and a website widget. Practices that also offer dental treatments can turn that menu on too; everyone else runs facial only and patients never see a dental option.
Smyly™ previews are AI simulations, not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise of results. Your practice is responsible for offering its services under the licensure and scope-of-practice rules that apply to it. By enabling facial esthetic previews you represent that you lawfully provide those services.
